Our facility may be small but it is mighty. Our 1200 sq ft space has all the amenities that you need for an amazing class...and a few extras. We prioritize functional movements above all but we also sprinkle in some funner things to keep you coming back for more. Our space has been called "a home away from home" but at this home there are no dishes or laundry to do so come on in get a good sweat on and enjoy the company of some great people.
