Our gym was found in 2018 with the intention of bringing functional fitness to this beautiful coastal town.

Strength 101 (new members)
Ready to get started on your fitness journey but not sure where to start? Here at Siuslaw Strength & Conditioning we understand that starting at a new gym can be intimidating. That is why we make it the best experience for every new athlete. We offer a free class for new members to come and join us in a great workout and to see what we are all about. All of our movements are easily tailored to every athletes ability so don't worry if you think you aren't "fit enough" to join. Our small class sizes make it easy for our coaches to help you through the workout and our community is extremely welcoming. Once you decide to join we will chose the best option for you so that you can get the most out of your workouts.
DAILY CLASS WOD
The daily WOD "workout of the day" will cover fundamental movements that are placed strategically together to create strength, mobility, and metabolic conditioning. Each class runs 60 minutes long and with a certified coach you will work through a warm-up, skill work and the workout. Each WOD has many different variations that cater to every personal need and skill level. We also create an environment where our community comes together to encourage one another.
Yoga for Athletes
Yoga for athletes is designed to accompany any of your athletic endeavors whether you lift, run or just want a great full body stretch. Our yoga coach Kelly is extremely knowledgable in the understanding of what the body needs when it comes to recovery and movement. As you are guided through this hour long class Kelly gives many different modifications so every body is accommodated.
Olympic Lifting
This class is focused on the two main olympic lifts: the clean and jerk and the snatch. In this class we break down the fundamentals of these movements and continually focus on skill work to improve these lifts. This class is perfect for beginners and experts. We are affiliated with USA weightlifting and also offer competitive Olympic lifting programming for those athletes interested in competing.
Burn30
This class is a 30 minutes high intensity strength based workout. We are here to move fast with the best form possible. This class is a mix of high intensity cardio and dumbbell or kettlebell strength training.
Kids Class
Our Kids class is designed to get your kids moving in a way that allows them to understand how their body was meant to move. In this 30 minute class your child will learn skills that can help with everyday life. They will learn how to work as a team, how to move different equipment and how feel extremely proud of the work they put into themselves.
